We support Vulnerable individuals: providing Personal Care, Meeting Incontinent Needs, Medication Needs, Dietary Needs, Mobility Needs, Recording and Reporting of any incidents.
Our supported living accommodation for Semi-independent individuals. We empower and encouraging them to develop their skills and live as independently as possible.
Our services help people to live as independently as possible
We specialise in providing supported living services for young people/adults with challenging or complex needs. Because the people who use our services work with our care managers to help shape the way our services are planned, run and delivered, their aspirations and expectations for the future are fully considered.
We are also able to respond to their changing needs over time, to adapt our care and support services to meet these needs and to monitor and evaluate progress as each person moves toward personal independence.

Transition is easier with support
Our links with other service providers, including housing, education and health, means we are able to provide holisticsupport and expert advice on a variety of areas, whether that is planning for further learning, employment, daytime activities, personal care or personal budgeting.
